EXPORT & TAXES
Duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are to be paid by the receiver. International customs offices will claim tax on parcels imported from the UK, which the recipient is responsible for paying. We highly recommend reading our page to learn more about checking any potential import fees. If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel has been returned to and received by the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
USA
All Orders placed to USA addresses will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or UPS depending on the delivery location and the items purchased.

Delivery to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus has been temporarily suspended due to the unfolding events in these locations. We are monitoring the situation and will resume delivery into these areas as soon as possible. Due to difficulties with customs, we have had to discontinue shipping to UAE, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, China, and The Crimea / Sevastopol region. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Did you know you can collect online orders from our Head Office? To collect an order please email our Customer Support Team with your Order Number to receive A collection time. If you want to collect on the same day, collection orders must be placed before 1:00 pm (Monday – Friday).
